I decided to coach with Laura because I thought we worked extremely well together and felt that she would be an amazing resource to aid me on my leadership journey at Aritzia.

Within the first couple calls, Laura and I established the key factors that I cared about the most and wanted to work on over the next 6 months. After every call with Laura, I felt inspired, invigorated and an overall feeling of confidence from knowing how to better approach upcoming events and situations. The calls were always something I looked forward to because Laura brings a certain type of energy that, as the call progressed, I seemed to get better at looking within myself for answers. Laura manages to find the right question to ask at the right time, which delivered many “a-ha” moments during our calls.

Through coaching I have learned that I have what it takes to make it and the answers I seek are somewhere in my head. Laura is someone who helped me make sense of my thoughts, remove the fog that I perceived was in the way and be that person in my corner who is always encouraging me to evolve into a better version of myself while feeling great about it!

There is no doubt that after coaching with Laura, I am in a better state, personally and professionally. I am a true believer in coaching after my experience with Laura and if you come with an open mind and willingness to truly self-reflect, you will experience positive results.
